Mindful Movement in the Galleries
Learn to slow down the body and mind. Be inspired by a selection of artworks in the AGO's collection each week and respond to them with slow yoga movements, meditative techniques and sustained looking. This class will inform a new way of looking at art and centering within a unique exhibition space. Low physical effort. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
Students are asked to print out a copy of their receipt and gather in the Community Gallery located in the WFLC for start of class. Please arrive 15 mins prior to the start of class and check all oversized bags and coats. Space is limited.
